Our boutique store offers a range of Wagyu gems for your kitchen with different marbling grades to suit each and every taste and pocket – from £10 to £1,000 per kilo.
Try our handmade charcuterie, gourmet burgers and pies or prime cuts of sirloin, fillet and rib and all grades of Wagyu beef, from high grade Japanese to Australian beef.
You can even select the number of days to dry age your beef in the store’s two drying agers, which use Himalayan rock salt for the process.

The high-street store is the brainchild of the husband and wife team, Mohsin Altajir and Martine Chapman, behind Highland Wagyu, which sells to a constellation of global Michelin-starred chefs and restaurants. The local shop caters specifically for the retail market and the hundreds of private UK customers on their books where they can oversee every aspect to ensure quality every step of the way.
